What does an intimacy coach do?

Well, an intimacy coach is a mix between a relationship coach and a sex educator. As an intimacy coach, I help people create happy, healthy, fulfilling sex lives. Unlike sex therapists, I focus on short term problems. This is similar to talk therapy (but it’s not therapy). Sometimes I might ask you to do a breathing exercise, sometimes I might ask you to move your body, but overall we will do a lot of talking. My primary focus is on the future by fulfilling goals and empowering my clients. Basically, I give tips and tricks on how to achieve your goals related to self esteem, love, romance, human sexuality, and intimacy.

When you hire me as your coach: we’ll talk, you can ask questions, and I’ll answer them! You will have access to my expertise, and I will give you homework specific to your circumstances. (Fun homework, like how to enrich your sex life to its fullest potential).

Whether you have mental blocks about reaching orgasm, fear of sexuality, desire to feel more connected to your partner, want help with positions, want to better understand and advocate for consent, or a multitude of other avenues surrounding sex and intimacy, I can assist you.

I might refer you to a doctor, pelvic health PT, or a therapist your needs require more in depth specialization.

Traditional sex education has glossed over a TON of info you need as a single person or a couple— especially about anatomy and how you can take advantage of it for pleasure and sexual health. My style of sex education is all about communicating as much as I can so YOU are empowered to have really, really awesome sex. I can assist couples or singles, teaching about their anatomy and how to achieve better orgasm with methods catered to you or how to achieve a more intimate bond without sex.
